Your Open Water Certification consists of three components: Classroom Knowledge Development, Confined Water Training, and Open Water Dives. This is the first two parts - the first step - to beoming a PADI Open Water Diver. This is the traditional version of Pool and Class, with in-person classroom work.

Your Classroom and Confined Water Training will prepare you to complete your open water dives through the introduction and in-depth study of diving skills, safety, physiology, and problem management.
