Gear maintenance is so important. We try to make it easy. Here's how it works:
  • Fill in the form and submit it - include as many details as you can
  • We'll contact you within one business day to arrange to get your gear to us 
  • We'll have a look at your gear and get you a quote for anything not covered in the regular servicing fee - no surprises
  • Your gear gets serviced (duration varies based on how much love your gear needs - we'll give you an ETA)
  • We'll call or email you once it's all done, and arrange to get your gear back!

Useful information:
-Manufacturer/Brand, make and model
-Serial number, if you can find it (if you can't - no worries)
-Any issues you're having with the item that you'd like us to look at
